We're based in Hampton Bays and clean in the towns around it, from East Quogue and Flanders out to Manorville, Mastic, Shirley and Rocky Point. What a house needs depends a lot on where it sits and how much of the year someone lives in it.
Hampton Bays homes deal with sand and salt
Hampton Bays sits between Shinnecock Bay and Great Peconic Bay, and East Quogue is just west of it on Shinnecock. Plenty of houses in both are summer homes or rentals, busy with guests for a few months and closed up the rest of the year.
Sand comes in on every pair of feet in July and works into rugs and sliding door tracks. Salt air leaves a haze on the glass. It has to be washed off, because a dry cloth just smears it around.
Pollen hits Flanders and Manorville each spring
North and west of us, Flanders and Manorville back onto pine woods. In spring the pollen coats screens and window sills in a yellow film, and it tracks inside on shoes and pets.
A spring clean there starts with the screens and window sills, then moves inside to the rugs where the pollen ends up.
We also clean west toward Rocky Point
Further west we clean in Mastic, Mastic Beach, Shirley, Ridge, Brookhaven and Rocky Point. It's the same job we do in Hampton Bays. Suave sees the house before quoting, and the crew starts high and finishes on the floors.
