Start with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and whether there's a pool house or a finished basement. Then tell us the kind of clean you want and how often, plus any pets or delicate surfaces like marble.
When you are away for the season

Yes, it's a specialty of ours. Drywall dust and sawdust are fine enough to float, so they settle inside cabinets and window tracks and keep drifting down after a quick wipe. We vacuum the dust out before any wiping. Floors come last.
Yes. Pre and post rental cleans are on our list, and we clean short term rentals for owners who aren't there to check. Every bed gets fresh linens, and the kitchen gets cleared of whatever the last guests left behind.
A standard clean keeps a lived in house in order: counters and bathrooms cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped. A deep clean goes after what builds up over months, like grout, baseboards, the inside of the oven and the light fixtures. If it's been a while, start with a deep clean, and regular visits keep it there after that.
