A short term rental has to look the same for every group that walks in. Every bed gets fresh linens and the bathroom gets restocked. The kitchen is cleared of whatever the last group left, and the floors are done before the next arrival.
Pre and post rental cleans are on our list, and so is stocking the house with supplies and food. One rental owner wrote: "They service my short term rental property and I trust them to take care of everything in my absence."
We clean up after renovations and new builds
Construction dust is fine enough to hang in the air. It lands on top of door frames, inside cabinet boxes, in window tracks and in every vent, then keeps settling after the first wipe.
So we vacuum before we wipe, and the floors come last. We clean the glass and the light fixtures too, so the house is ready to live in when the builders leave.

Monday to Saturday 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM; Sunday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Outside those hours use the form and we answer the next working day.

Yes, it's a specialty of ours. Drywall dust and sawdust are fine enough to float, so they settle inside cabinets and window tracks and keep drifting down after a quick wipe. We vacuum the dust out before any wiping. Floors come last.
